Ethiris NVR-4, NVC-4 and NVP-4 – now launched

Ethiris NVR/NVC/NVP We have launched a whole new generation of our hardware platform for video surveillance, Ethiris NVR-4, NVC-4 and NVP-4. Some of the advantages are greatly improved performance, twice as much disk space for the OS and Ethiris VMS, and twice as much RAM.

Within our product area Ethiris Network Video Recorder (NVR), Network Video Client (NVC) and Network Video Panel (NVP), we offer the market a wide selection of attractive products with high functionality, performance and quality for professional video surveillance. Our goal is to make it easy for everyone, including system integrators, consultants and installers, to choose the products they need to create optimal system solutions that meet the requirements of each project and facility..

The performance improvement achieved with Intel's latest processors is significant and means that our new models are generally twice as powerful as our previous Series 3. For current figures, see the brochure or website.

More RAM will be included as standard in the new generation, a full 64 GB. There is the option of up to 96 GB. More memory provides increased space for more cameras with higher resolution in, for example, the video player, or longer time in pre-alarm buffers used to record video before an event to be recorded has occurred.

New disk for OS and Ethiris VMS, a new type with twice as much storage, 120 GB NVMe. Our NVR units offer the possibility of internal video storage of up to 44 TB.

New item number mean that the models previously called -3 will now be called -4, so NVR-3, NVRN-3, NVRC-3, NVC-3 and NVP-3 are replaced by NVR-4, NVRN-4, NVRC-4, NVC-4 and NVP-4. The 1E series with NVR-1E, NVRC-1E, NVC-1E and NVP-1E remains unchanged.
