The Launch of WideQuick HMI/SCADA 7.2

WideQuick HMI/SCADA/PSIM Now we launch our software WideQuick HMI/SCADA version 7.2. In the new version we have focused on new functions in WideQuick Web Client and have continued our work on optimizing the performance. We have also added new graphical possibilities and enhanced a few of the existing functions in the program.


A new powerful function in WideQuick 7.2 is that the web client can get information from several different WideQuick systems and present the information from them in a common view. The function also provides a possibility of a common alarm list with information from several different systems via the web client, even if the surveillance and alarm handling is local in WideQuick Runtime or WideQuick SCADA Panel. 

A new exciting function is the alpha channel/transparency. WideQuick provides the possibility to create advanced and modern user interfaces today already. The new function creates more opportunities for instance glass effects. 

We have also updated our demo project for Building Automation. We have adjusted the project for additional screen resolutions, added a view for history and updated some of the existing functions.

On October 3rd, we will start to deliver WideQuick HMI/SCADA 7.2 for Windows 32 bits, Linux 32 bits and Linux 64 bits. WideQuick for Windows 64 bits will be ready for delivery a few weeks later. Everyone who orders WideQuick from September 16 and forward will get a license code that allows you to run WideQuick 7.2.
