Ethiris VMS 11.0 – Launched today

Ethiris VMS In Ethiris VMS 11.0 we have focused on performance and efficiency to be able to handle even larger systems than before. Our ambition is that Ethiris shall be the obvious choice for systems with 100+ cameras.

As we during the fall 2019 has launched our rack solutions, where the largest system is dimensioned for 1 000 cameras, we have optimized Ethiris video storage, especially to a NAS. To be able to provide robust and reliable solutions we have also introduced support for UPS that can be connected directly to Ethiris Server or via a NAS. 
 
It is important the operator has access to tools which make the work as efficient as possible. Hence, we have brought several optimizations into Ethiris Admin to handle a large number of cameras efficiently. These include new possibilities for sorting, filtering and multi updates. 
 
A wide camera support is obviously important and in this version we have improved the support for ONVIF in various ways, one of these is that Ethiris now can receive metadata via ONVIF. This means that Ethiris has even better support for various video analytics, for example being able to differentiate between different categories of objects such as humans, cars and animals. 
 
Ethiris VMS 11.0 contains these and other exciting news which we believe all Ethiris users will appreciate.
