Building Automation with WideQuick BMS

WideQuick Building Management System (BMS) is our popular building automation concept. It comprises three basic projects with associated object libraries, WideQuick HVAC HMI, WideQuick BMS HMI, and WideQuick BMS SCADA. The BMS concept, with its three basic projects, has been produced to monitor and optimise the operation of properties, reduce costs for property owners, and increase the comfort of tenants. System integrators must be able to quickly and easily build a monitoring system for a building or an entire property portfolio that has been adapted according to the needs and requirements of the property owner.

Optimises the operation of properties

WideQuick BMS communicates with a large number of sub-systems in one or more properties in order to monitor, visualise, and store information. WideQuick BMS is open and flexible, and can easily be adapted according to the needs and requirements of the property owner.

One major advantage is that WideQuick BMS can be built around the system architecture that best suits the project in question, regardless of whether it is a single building or a larger property portfolio.

The system contains a large number of usable functions that provide the property owner with a system that optimises the operation of their property.
Users can quickly access the required information using an intuitive and well thought out user interface. The information is available in the local operator panel, SCADA system, or via a web browser.

Reduces costs for the property owner

WideQuick BMS can monitor and affect a large number of functions that reduce the energy consumption of a property. In addition to ensuring the right temperature in different rooms, the amount of air to conference rooms can be increased according to the number of people present, while light and temperature can be automatically dimmed in rooms that are not in use. WideQuick BMS also contains interactive program modules for the purpose of analysing energy use.

WideQuick BMS affords the opportunity to create a pleasant indoor environment by compiling operation information retrieved from the various systems within the property and, by acting together with other equipment, ensures that tenants enjoy an optimal level of comfort. Based on WideQuick HMI/SCADA/PSIM

The BMS concept and associated basic project are based on our WideQuick HMI/SCADA/PSIM software. The software is extremely flexible, user friendly and powerful, and has a high level of built-in security. WideQuick presents considerable opportunities to communicate with external equipment such as various automation systems, PLCs, I/Os, databases, intelligent sensors, burglar alarms, entry control systems, fire alarms, and CCTV systems.
