High level of functionality and scalability

WideQuick BMS 8.0 Building Management System

WideQuick BMS is an open and flexible concept that contains a large number of functions that optimise the operation of properties. Its built-in flexibility and scalability give system integrators the opportunity to choose a system architecture that is best suited to the project in question. System integrators can build everything, from a small scale surveillance system with a local operator panel, to a huge system with SCADA functionality, through which it is possible to monitor properties from a central control room or remotely via a modern web interface.

WideQuick BMS HMI/SCADA
Modern user interface
WideQuick BMS HMI features a modern user interface that enables users to quickly navigate to the parts of the system they are interested in.
Dynamic operation images
The user interface is built using dynamic objects, vector-based graphics, and intelligent pop-up windows. This gives operators fast access to the information they require.
Intelligent pop-up window
The system uses intelligent pop-up windows that are connected to constituent objects. Examples of pop-up windows include control curves, time channels, trends, alarm boundaries, regulator, operation, etc.
Effective alarm management
WideQuick BMS features an effective property monitoring system. Faults and non-conformances are displayed in various types of alarm list. Alarm information can be sent by e-mail or SMS.
Logging and display of historic measurement values
Required measurement values retrieved from the installation are continually logged in the system. This stored history can be displayed to the operator, who can then analyse that data and improve the installation.
Intelligent analysis tools
WideQuick BMS features several different analysis tools to help users optimise operation of the property, e.g. trend analysis and control circuit analysis.

WideQuick BMS SCADA
Dashboard with widgets
Each user has a unique user interface in WideQuick BMS SCADA built up of various information panels, which are constructed by the user using different widgets..
Map function for navigation
Users can zoom, pan, and click in the map to navigate to the required property and, by double-clicking on the property, bring up detailed operational information.
Common alarm list
The common alarm list shows alarms from all properties in the system, including those managed by local systems. Operators can acknowledge all alarms centrally.
Alarm and event analysis
Presents an overall picture of the alarm and event history of the connected properties and gives operators the opportunity to analyse information via the intuitive interface.
Key ratio follow-up
This function presents key ratios in real time. The key ratio can be calculated from one or more tags, or a combination of tags and constants together with a formula.
Reports
Different reports can be created manually or automatically via a schedule, and sent to selected recipients via e-mail. The system integrator can produce new report templates using a reporting tool.
