Full control of all properties in the system

WideQuick BMS SCADA features several functions that simplify the monitoring of an entire property
portfolio and gives users full control over that portfolio. Example of such functions include the common alarm list, key ratio follow-up, and the report tool, which automatically sends reports to selected users.
Common alarm list
A common alarm list displays alarms from both embedded systems and locally sited systems in real time, and gives an overview of when the non-conformances occur. The alarm list facilitates work by providing more information, allowing alarms to be acknowledged in a remote system (if appropriate to do so), and making it possible to start troubleshooting more quickly.
Key ratio follow-up
Key ratio follow-up is a collection interface that allows you to display between four and sixteen key ratios in real time and follow their development. The key ratio can be read from an individual tag, multiple tags, or a combination of tags and constants along with a formula. The updating interval is determined per key ratio, and even the appearance can be customised, e.g. to the required background colour. Everything is saved down to a configuration file, which ensures that the settings remain even in the event of a power outage or migration to another computer.
Reports
WideQuick BMS SCADA features a report function that enables users to receive information about the property portfolio by e-mail quickly and easily. The system is supplied as standard with three report templates for creating different types of report for reporting energy use, weekly and annual reports for individual properties, and a comparison report that shows the energy use of selected properties during the desired period. Reports can be created immediately or automatically. There is considerable scope to select which users shall receive each report by e-mail. In addition to the three report templates included, system integrators can produce wholly custom report templates with the desired information and appearance using a report tool.
