WideQuick HMI Panel

WideQuick HMI Panel is a series very powerful and flexible operator panels that comprises of an industrial computer from Kentima with the operator system Windows 7 Embedded or Linux.

To create one of the most complete and flexible operator panels on the market WideQuick Extended Runtime, our new WideQuick Panel Control Center, an SQL databse and an OPC server are included. It is also possible to choose a model without OPC server and only use the integrated Modbus protocol. Each operator panel comes with the design tool WideQuick HMI Designer, which allows users to quickly and effectively create user interfaces. A WideQuick OPC server is included to easily connect the panel to a superior system. WideQuick HMI Panels are available in 12" to 21.5" design.
WIDEQUICK HMI DESIGNER

The design tool is used to build up the desired HMI system. WideQuick Designer is very efficient and the development time is shortened by smart functions and the easy configuration of communication.The HMI system is built by using reusable objects that quickly adapt to the current project.

COMMUNICATION

WideQuick HMI Panel provides several different alternatives for communication with PLC, distributed I/O and other equipment. The built-in protocols for OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP Master and Modbus RTU Master are always included, furthermore WideQuick HMI Panel can be orded with any OPC server from Kepware Technologies.

WIDEQUICK RUNTIME

WideQuick Runtime runs the project that has been developed with WideQuick HMI Designer. WideQuick Runtime is preinstalled on WideQuick HMI Panel and presents the user interface with associated dynamics and enables the communication with I/O modules and OPC servers, history and alarm monitoring.

WIDEQUICK OPC SERVER

To ensure that other systems can easily access information in WideQuick HMI Panel it always comes with a WideQuick OPC Server. It is effective server software that provides access to selected parts of the datastore to Windows applications with OPC clients.

DATABASE

WideQuick HMI Panel comes with a free SQL database that can be configured via WideQuick Panel Control Center or via an external computer. The database can for example be used to store historical dara from WideQuick so it can easily be read from other programs with database access.

OPERATING SYSTEM

It is possible to order WideQuick HMI Panel for two different operating systems: Windows 7 Embedded alternatively Linux Debian. WideQuick is developed to support several different operating systems with a simple transfer between systems. For example the project can be developed with WideQuick HMI Designer under Windows and the be transfered to a Panel with Linux.

WIDEQUICK PANEL CONTROL CENTER

To facilitate the administration of WideQuick HMI Panel it includes a tool to easily configure network connections, time, login, startup mode, reception of new projects orupdates of existing projects etc.
