1. Fill out the form• Click on the the link below to access the form.
• Fill in all necessary information.
• Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
2. Wait for order acknowledgement
• We will get back to you with an order confirmation for the repair.
• You will also receive instructions on how to send the unit to Kentima.
3. Repair process
If the unit is covered by warranty:
• Kentima will repair the unit free of charge.
• The repaired unit is sent back to the return address you entered in the form.
If the unit is not covered by warranty:
• Kentima examines the unit and returns with a cost estimate for the repair.
• You are given the option to approve or decline the repair based on the cost estimate.
