Kentima is an innovative company that conducts development, manufacturing and sales of advanced products intended for the automation and security industry. We have divided our operation in two business areas: Automation and Security. Within these business areas, we offer the market six different product areas.

Our ambition is to develop products with unique features that give added value to our end customers. It is important that the system integrators quickly and efficiently can configure the products and create solutions adjusted for each customer’s specific needs and requests. To us, it’s natural that our products constantly maintain high quality, functionality, flexibility and in addition the products should also be able to integrate easily with other systems. All to give the end user a powerful and cost-efficient system that is easy to use and simple to work with.

Automation

Within the business area Automation, Kentima develops, manufactures and sells products in three product areas, HMI/SCADA Software, Operator Panels/Boxes and Industrial Computers. All product areas are important parts of industrial automation. Our automation products are mainly used in the manufacturing industry, process industry, real estate automation and for individual machines. 
 

All products within the business area Automation are used to create systems that monitor and control an entire facility or a single machine. This is done by our products communicating with different systems to retrieve information that is then stored, processed and monitored. The information should be presented smartly for the operator who can easily interact and take the right action for different situations. Our products are easy to configure for the system integrator. This, together with a great flexibility of the products, means that there is a wide range of applications for all our products within the business area Automation. Our ambition is to develop cost-effective products that can easily be integrated with other products to create a total system. The products must be competitive and contain unique functionality; in addition, the products should be easy to use even if they carry out advanced tasks.  

 
Kentima develops WideQuick HMI/SCADA, one of the market's best software for creating superior graphical monitoring systems. WideQuick is extremely flexible and contains a large number of functions for creating everything from HMI systems to powerful and advanced SCADA systems.
 

WideQuick HMI Panel and WideQuick HMI Box are the names of the operator units developed by Kentima. There are a large number of models to choose from and different display options, from 10.1 ”to 21.5”, different processors and storage media. The included WideQuick Designer software allows the user to quickly and easily create a monitoring system with a modern and efficient user interface.

Kentima also develops and manufactures four different series of industrial computer, OE500, OE600, OE700 and OE800. The series are robust and a high-quality industrial computers that are developed and designed to achieve a long service life with a minimum of maintenance. Within each series there is the possibility to choose between two basic designs, Panel PC with integrated display and touch or Box PC.

Within the business area Security, Kentima develops, manufactures and sells products in four product areas, Video Management Software (VMS), Network Video Recorder (NVR) / Network Video Client (NVC) / Network Video Panel (NVP), Ethiris NVRN Rack Solutions and Physical Security Information Management Software (PSIM). All product areas are important components for effective monitoring and provide a functional and total security solution. Our security products are used almost everywhere, for example airports, truck terminals, sports arenas, shopping malls, shops, railway stations, industrial and process facilities, schools, hospitals and other public buildings.

 
All our products in the Security business area are used to create different types of security systems that monitor different areas, buildings and premises. This is done by our video surveillance- and PSIM products communicating and retrieving information from cameras and various systems. The information is stored, processed, monitored and presented to the operator who can easily interact and take the right action for different situations. Higher living standards and increased prosperity mean that every day there is an ever increasing demand for security solutions that give people in the world an increased security and protection against threats and violence. Higher security requirements also include buildings and all types of environments where there may be a risk of damage, infringement and / or burglary in one way or another.
 
Our world has changed and the feeling of insecurity and threats is constantly increasing and this means that there is an ever-increasing demand and demand for security solutions that are cost-effective, easy to use and that give the user good conditions for preventing and reducing crime and threats, but also the opportunity to quickly be able to solve crimes afterwards via ex. recorded video from stored material. These factors have played a major role in growth and the increased demand for all our products in the business area Security. Kentima´s Ethiris Video Management Software (VMS) is a powerful and advanced surveillance system that is easy to use. Ethiris VMS has a broad area of use and is today used within several different areas such as stores, shopping centres, airports, railway stations, truck terminals, plant- and process facilities, sport arenas, hospitals and other public buildings.
 
Ethiris Network Video Recorder (NVR), Ethiris Network Video Client (NVC) and Ethiris Network Video Panel (NVP) are complete, turn-key and cost-efficient units for professional video surveillance facilitating the work for both system integrators and end-customers. Each unit is comprised by a reliable, rugged computer where Ethiris Video Management Software (VMS) is pre-installed. The NVR models are pre-licensed and are tested to easily handle recording of all cameras with Full HD resolution and 25 frames per second in H.264. The NVC models are optimized for running Ethiris Client and display live video from up to 30 Full HD cameras with 25 fps simultaneously.
 
Ethiris NVRN Rack Solutions are designed to simplify configuration and installation of medium to very large video surveillance systems. Our Rack Solutions are available in three series and are made to fit in all different plant sizes. The main idea is that our Rack Solutions will provide everything required in an advanced video surveillance system, except the cameras themselves.

WideQuick Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) is a superior surveillance system used within security facilities. WideQuick PSIM communicates with different security systems, surveilles various functions and presents relevant information to the operator in an efficient common user interface. WideQuick PSIM provides many advantages, for instance increased control, enhanced situation awareness and reporting.
