Ethiris ACS - Safe4

Kentima has initiated a collaboration with the alarm central Safe4 to be able to offer 24-hour monitoring of Ethiris systems by professional alarm operators. With this collaboration, we turn to all our customers in Scandinavia. Safe4’s Alarm Receiving Centre is certified and approved by the European standard for surveillance- and alarm receiving center (EN 50518).

Easy connection to the alarm center

It is very easy to connect both new and existing facilities. License level Premium and connection to internet are all that is needed to be able to connect any number of cameras from the facility.

Video analysis

The most common is to use video analysis in the cameras to trigger alarms that are sent to the alarm center, but with Ethiris extensive support for integration with other systems, alternative alarm detections can also be used.

Short response time

When an alarm is sent to the alarm center, the available alarm operator takes care of the alarm immediately. The operator clicks on the included Ethiris link, whereupon the operator's local Ethiris client automatically connects to and logs on to the alarming system. Video is automatically presented from the cameras associated with the current alarm. In this way, the operator quickly receives relevant video from the time of the alarm and can take appropriate action.

Customized measures

In the event of an intrusion, a common measure is for the alarm operator to call out to one or several speakers at the facility to dismiss unauthorized persons. Normally, security guards are also called as soon as the alarm operator has identified a sharp incident at the facility. All alarm incidents are documented and a report is sent to optional contact persons. Exactly how the alarm operator should act in different types of incidents can be customized by adjusting the instructions that otherwise apply.

Security guard service

As an option, you can choose to use the security company that Safe4 provides. You can also hire your own local security company, which the alarm operator calls in case of an emergency.

Simple payment model

The service is based on a subscription where you can choose between three different binding periods: 3, 12 and 36 months. A longer binding period results in a lower monthly fee. The subscription fee is based on the number of cameras you want to connect to the alarm center. This does not have to be all the cameras in a facility, but only those cameras you want.
