Ethiris Alarm Central Services - SOS Alarm

Kentima collaborates with SOS Alarm to be able to offer high-quality camera surveillance services around the clock by professional alarm operators for those who have an Ethiris VMS/NVR system. With this collaboration, we primarily address all our customers in Sweden. The object of the alarm may be located abroad, but the paying customer needs a Swedish corporate identity number. SOS Alarm's operators speak Swedish and English. All SOS Alarm's alarm centers are certified according to SSF 136. The service is provided by the customer signing an agreement with SOS Alarm.

Easy connection to the alarm center
It is very easy to connect both new and existing systems. The option Ethiris SDK as well as License Level Premium or Universal Level 6 and connection to the Internet is all that is needed to be able to connect any number of cameras from the facility. SOS Alarm provides a physical firewall for a secure connection to the facility in question. A major advantage is that the Ethiris system can be used as usual in parallel with the connection to SOS Alarm.
A VARIETY OF CAMERA SERVICES
There are several different camera services to choose from:

Camera surveillance – Alarms generated via Ethiris VMS, such as video analysis in the camera or via other external alarm sensors such as fence alarms, radar or magnetic contact. Upon activation, a video stream is automatically generated from Ethiris VMS to SOS Alarm for assessment.

Camera-verified alarm – An effective complement to automatic alarms connected to SOS Alarm, such as burglary, operational or elevator alarms, as well as permanently mounted threat, emergency and assault alarms. The alarm operator assesses the incident with the help of a camera on site, which is connected to Ethiris VMS, and takes the agreed action.

Camera patrol – The alarm operator assesses what is visible in the cameras, which are connected to Ethiris VMS, according to a certain schedule and instructions.

Camera-based access – Having a security guard stationed at an entrance around the clock is costly. An alarm operator can verify access authorization and grant access through electronically controlled gates.

Other – In addition to the above services, there are several other additional services such as loudspeakers for announcements at the facility, I/O for signaling both in and out, entry phone, export of still images and video to external actors such as the police.
Short response time
When an alarm is sent to the alarm center, the on-duty alarm operator immediately takes care of the alarm. The operator automatically has access to live and recorded video from the alarming system. In this way, the operator receives relevant video from the time of the alarm at lightning speed and can take immediate action.

Customized measures
The customer can choose from different action options based on a standard template that can be adjusted according to current needs. For example, a list of contact persons during daytime can be specified and that external resources must be alerted at other times. Any security company can be used. The desired manuscript for messages via loudspeakers can also be specified, as well as a schedule for when the camera services should be active.

MONITORING TECHNICAL FUNCTION
Continuous monitoring of the technical operation of the system is included in the service. Among other things, the operators verify that there is contact with the system and that all cameras are in operation.
