WideQuick Building Management System (BMS)

WideQuick Building Management System (BMS) is our popular concept in building automation. It consists of three basic projects with associated object libraries: WideQuick HVAC HMI, WideQuick BMS HMI and WideQuick BMS SCADA.


The BMS concept with its three basic projects has been developed to monitor and optimise the operation of properties, reduce costs for property owners and increase comfort for tenants. The system integrator should be able to quickly and easily set up a monitoring system for a property or an entire property portfolio that is tailored to the property owner's requirements and wishes.

Optimises property operations
WideQuick BMS communicates with a large number of different subsystems in one or more properties to monitor, visualise and store information. WideQuick BMS is open and flexible and can be easily adapted to the property owner's requirements and needs.

A major advantage is that WideQuick BMS can be built with the system architecture that best suits the project in question, regardless of whether it is a single property or a larger property portfolio.
The system includes a large number of useful functions that provide the property owner with a system that optimises the operation of the property.
The user can quickly access the desired information via an intuitive and well-designed user interface. The information is available in the local operator panel, the SCADA system or via a web browser.

Reduces costs for property owners
WideQuick BMS can monitor and influence a large number of functions that reduce energy consumption in the property. In addition to ensuring the right temperature in different rooms, the amount of air in conference rooms can be increased according to the number of people present, while lighting and temperature can be automatically reduced in rooms that are not in use. WideQuick BMS also includes interactive program modules for analysing energy consumption.

Increases comfort for tenants
WideQuick BMS makes it possible to create a pleasant indoor environment by compiling operating information from the property's various systems and, together with other equipment, ensuring that tenants enjoy optimal comfort. Users can access operating information both in real time and as historical data.

Based on WideQuick HMI/SCADA/PSIM
The BMS concept and associated basic project are based on our WideQuick HMI/SCADA/PSIM software. The software is extremely flexible, user-friendly and powerful, and has a high level of built-in security.
WideQuick has extensive capabilities for communicating with external equipment, such as various automation systems, PLCs, I/Os, databases, intelligent sensors, burglar alarms, access control systems, fire alarms and video systems.
