Nordkonsult El & Automation Luleå AB has once again chosen Kentima products for building automation. The project includes 6 control cabinets, all of which contain SAIA-PLC and Kentima’s WideQuick HMI panels H516H with WideQuick BMS.

Nordkonsult offers a range of services in the industrial and technology sector. Luleå Rescue Station is another new collaboration between NCC and Luleå county and Nordkonsult was chosen as a partner by NCC. Nordkonsult has a strong collaboration with Kentima and once again they have chosen to use Kentima's WideQuick HMI panels and building automation concept, now to Luleå Rescue Station.

In the new modern rescue station, Nordkonsult has chosen to deliver buildning automation for heating, ventilation and cooling. The project includes 6 control cabinets, all of which contain SAIA-PLC and Kentima's WideQuick HMI panels H516H. The PLC systems are also connected to the existing superior system.

The assignment included the construction of a rescue station where the main building is on two floors of a total of approximately 8,300 square meters for, carparks, workshops, offices and common areas.

Three smaller buildings between 225–375 square meters for, among other things, garages. This was a specialized project, with smart and sustainable solutions to accommodate the companies' technical equipment, unique functions and requirements. The new rescue station has replaced two existing fire stations and in addition to the rescue service, SOS Alarm and the ambulance in Luleå are also housed. The station is strategically located on Lilla Mjölkuddsberget, which enables good response time to all parts of Luleå.

WideQuick BMS (Building Management System) is Kentima's concept in building automation. The concept consists of three basic projects with associated object libraries, WideQuick HVAC, WideQuick BMS and WideQuick BMS SCADA.

The basic projects are designed so that the system integrator can quickly and easily build up the desired monitoring and visualization of different systems in a property or for an entire property portfolio. WideQuick BMS has a built-in flexibility that makes it possible to choose the system architecture that best suits the current project. It is possible to build everything from a small monitoring systems with a local operator unit to large systems with SCADA functionality, where the monitoring of the properties can take place via a central control room.

WideQuick HMI/SCADA Panel and WideQuick HMI/SCADA Box are part of a complete system for creating different types of monitoring with associated user interface and communication with external devices. WideQuick is a software for creating HMI, SCADA or PSIM applications, it is developed by Kentima and forms the basis of all operator units. The H500 series are compact and fanless operator units with modern design and high functionality.
